This training will provide detailed training on the brokerage compliance responsibilities of a customs brokerage operations from the perspective of the entry operations team, supervisors and licensed person in charge. This detailed training will include IOR supervision and control practices, reasonable care client management, role of the broker, TFTEA guidance on enforced compliance, CF28 and CF29 management, commercial invoice reviews, last line of CBP defense and liquidation reviews regarding ACE entry filing process and data integrity affirmations.
